St. Paul Lutheran welcomes new interim pastor

Dr. Carl Billings is the new interim pastor at St. Paul Lutheran Church in Springfield.  He began his new adventure—to provide pastoral care and leadership and to prepare the congregation for their next permanent pastor—October 5 after having served as interim pastor at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Lamberton.
