Chamber of Commerce awards honors to Hillesheim and Prairie Plans

The Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce has named Justin “Hoover” Hillesheim as the Spirit of Springfield and Prairie Plans as the Business of the Year Award winners. Chamber Director, Denise Gicker stated that they had received a record number of nominations this year.
