Chocolate is not just for Valentine’s Day

Do you consider yourself a chocoholic, a chocolate connoisseur or a chocolate snob? Well you are in luck because this habit can benefit your health. February has been known for quite some time as Chocolate Month, but I would like to give you some facts about chocolate that will give you permission to eat it more often. You will however need to know what kind of chocolate to eat, how much to eat, and how often to eat it. 

The history books say that the ancient Mayans and Aztecs enjoyed the cacao bean as a spice, but it was after it made its way to Europe, that is was sweetened with sugar and became a sweet treat.
