Veterans receive gifts from American Legion

John Watson Post 257 American Legion provided Christmas presents to veterans at The Maples and St. John Lutheran Home recently. Twenty-two men received royal blue blankets with gold lettering identifying the local post. Legionnaires Floyd Rogotzke and Jocko Meyers, who are pictured with Arnold Hillesheim, visited the veterans and made the gift presentations.
