The Springfield Sons of the American Legion recently donated $3000 to the Martha Anderson Veterans Memorial Park project.  The money will be used for landscaping the park.

  Peggy Bredvold celebrated her 103rd birthday April 4 but has been celebrating all month long.  A group of friends, Fern Arnold, Mae Wenner and Marti Wilson, surprised her on April 15.  They brought treats to spend a fun afternoon at The Maples where Peggy resides.
