“Everybody talks about the weather,” says Russell Rogotzke, local weather observer, as he talked about his enthusiasm in watching and recording weather data, and a desire to learn more about how weather can affect and impact our lives.

The weather is all around us, all the time. It is an important part of our lives and one that we cannot control. Just about everyone, everyday is affected by weather, and often make decisions based on what the weather will be.
