Alan LeMay Embree, age 87, passed away on June 22, 2022. A Celebration of Life Open House will be held on Saturday, July 23, 2022 from 1:00-4:00 p.m. at the Springfield Public Library. Facemasks are recommended and, due to allergy sensitivities, green plant memorial tributes are preferred rather than floral tributes. Sunset Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
Alan is survived by his wife, Mabel; daughters Pat (Jeff) Ochs, Gail Arnsdorf and Diane (Dana) Lithgow; and son Steve (Gloria) Embree.
Alan did many woodworking projects for loved ones. He especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
