Arlene Carter, 92, of Comfrey, died July 23, 2022 at St. John Lutheran Home in Springfield. Visitation and funeral service were held Saturday, July 30 at the Jeffers Baptist Church. She was born August 3, 1929 to Dennis and Edith (Hagerman) Amsden in Cottonwood County. She is survived by her daughter, Diane Olson, of Comfrey.
