Bradford Ames

Bradford A. Ames, age 82, of Crookston, Minnesota, passed away March 14, 2025.  He was born to Adelbert (Delby) and Ethel Ames on January 11, 1943 in St. Paul, Minnesota.  He grew up in Springfield and graduated from Springfield High School.  He attended the University of Minnesota and went on to attain a Doctor of Chiropractor degree from Logan Chiropractic College in St. Louis, Missouri.  He was a chiropractor in Roseville and Alexandria before setting up his practice in Crookston, Ada and East Grand Forks.  He is survived by his former wife, Angie Ames, of Springfield; children Timothy (Cheri) and Elizabeth (Jeff) Leake; four grandchildren; brother Tom (Barb) Ames; and many nieces and nephews.

A memorial gathering was held March 22 at Stenshoel-Houske Funeral Home in Crookston.
