Dr. Lyle Trout

Dr. Lyle Trout, 93, of Lamberton, died July 20, 2015, at the Cokato Manor.   

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m., Tuesday, July 14, at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Lamberton with Pastor Harvey Pedersen officiating.  Interment was in the Lamberton Cemetery with military rites by the Lamberton American Legion. 

Lyle Eugene Trout was born on the family farm north of Tracy, graduated from Tracy High School, attended Michigan State College and graduated from its from veterinary college in May 1951.   He practiced veterinary medicine in the Lamberton community until retirement.

He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Bernice; and their children, Wynnell (Davis James) Kirkpatrick of Cokato, Juanita (Willam) Sorg of Hastings and Cynthia (Curtis) Mattison of Hastings; nine grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren; brothers, Roger and Henry; sisters, Elsie and Inez; many nieces and nephews.
