Harold Peterson, 74, of New Ulm and formerly of Comfrey, died on February 4, 2015, in New Ulm. Services will be held in June, near his birthday. Arrangements are with Sturm Funeral Home in Springfield.
Harold Peterson was born June 14, 1940, in Comfrey, the son of Leslie and Ida (Seigman) Peterson. He grew up in the Comfrey and Springfield area and helped on the family farm. In August 1997, Harold moved to New Ulm and worked part-time for Holm Industries.
He is survived by his sister, Arlene, of Mankato; and a brother, Raymond (Kathy) Peterson of Butterfield; nieces and nephews.
