Lloyd Ralph Parsons

Lloyd Ralph Parsons, born August 31, 1939. Passed away on June 23, 2022 due to complications of Lewy Body dementia at the age of 82. He was a graduate of Springfield High School class of 1957. He was a member of St. James Lutheran Church in Crystal, MN. 

Preceded in death by parents Burt and Saphrona Parsons, who owned and operated the Springfield State Theatre; and a granddaughter Kelsey Duncan. 

Beloved husband of Barbara Parsons; loving father of Kim Olander; step-father of Kathy Khayat, and Chuck Rioux; proud grandfather of Allison, Sam, Charles, and Alyse; great-grandfather of Cam, Charlee, and George; brother of Lowell Parsons. 

He was an uncle, cousin, and friend to many. He will be missed by all who knew him. 

Funeral service 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, June 29, with visitation one hour prior at Washburn-McReavy Glen Haven Chapel, 5125 West Broadway, Crystal. Interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
