Funeral service for Lois Birkemeyer, 82, of Comfrey, was held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 29, at St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church in Evan. Interment was in the Prairieville Cemetery.
Mrs. Birkemeyer died Thursday Nov. 22, 2018, as the result of injuries suffered in a motor vehicle crash.
She was born August 20, 1936, in Johnsonville Township, Redwood County, to Albert and Allice (Jenkins) Kosel.
She is survived by children, Donald of Shakopee, Linda of Las Vegas, and Jim of Ada; six grandchildren; and sister, Darlene Turbes of Springfield.
