Mark Wilson

Mark Norman Wilson, 64, of S. St. Paul, MN, died on May 8, 2023. He was born on October 31, 1958, in Springfield, to Norman Wilson and Alyce Wilson, both of whom preceded him in death. 

Mark, also known as Willie or Mr. Wilson to many, is survived by his two sons, Patrick Wilson and Nick Wilson; his partner, Amber Bullington; his sister, Connie Norum (Bryan); grandchildren Lucas and MacKennzie; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  

Mark attended Springfield High School and went on to earn degrees from St. Cloud State and the University of MN. He dedicated his career to education, working as a Special Education teacher in the S. St. Paul school district for 30 years. During his time there, he positively impacted countless students' lives. He also taught thousands of people how to drive as a Driver's Ed instructor. 

In his free time, Mark loved to hunt and fish, play and watch baseball, and spend time with his loved ones. He will be remembered for his kind heart; hilarious demeanor; loyalty; and unwavering dedication to his family, friends, and students.
