Michelle Yungk

Michelle Elaine Yungk age 34, of Marshall, MN died on August 4, 2022, at her home from complications of Bipolar Disorder. 

Visitation will be on Friday, August 26, 2022 from 4 to 8 p.m. at the Sanborn Community Center and will continue on Saturday for an hour prior to the service. 

Memorial Service will be held at the Sanborn Community Center, on Saturday, August 27, 2022 at 11:00 a.m.

The clergy will be Pastor Steve Hart.

Interment will be at a later date.

Arrangements are with the Sturm Funeral Home in Springfield, MN.

Michelle Elaine Yungk was born on August 12, 1987, in St. Cloud, MN to Barb (Fitzgerald) Wersal and David Hower. She grew up a happy go lucky caring child, and graduated from Red Rock Central High School in Lamberton MN, Michelle was always bubbly and lived life to the fullest. She touched many hearts in her life. Her grandmother Pat, said she was a young person with an old soul.

She went home to be with the Lord, due to complications of Bipolar disease, and other medical complications.

She is survived by her mother and step-father, Barbara and Dennis Wersal of Sanborn, MN, adopted father and step-mother, Perry and Kathy Yungk of Paynesville, MN, birthfather and step-mother, David and Mary Hower of Blackduck, MN, siblings, Jennifer (Kyle) Drexler, Phillip Yungk, step-siblings, Todd, Sam, Logan, Deanna, Jessica, Amanda, Tyler, her special fur baby, Elsa, 18 nieces and nephews, many aunts and uncles, great aunts and uncles, grandparents, Keith and Jeri Katcher of AK and Lois Yungk of Atwater, MN. She was preceded in death by grandparents, Patricia and Wallace Fitzgerald, Loren Yungk, Florian and Evelyn Wersal, Barbra and Bruce Hower, uncle, Cory Hanson, and fur baby, Holly.
