Mildred Weinkauf

Mildred Irene Weinkauf, 88, died July 20, 2019. Her funeral service was conducted at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, July 27, in St. James Lutheran Church, Holland, Minnesota. Born Dec. 28, 1930, to Jens and Frederikke (Hansen) Nielsen at Tyler, she grew up on a farm near Ruthton, graduated from Pipestone High School, and married Ernest Weinkauf on Dec. 17, 1950. She worked for the Minnesota Agricultural Statistics Service for 28 years, and was a certified assessor for 30 years.  She is survived by two sons, eight grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, two sisters and a brother, Roger Nielsen of Springfield.
