Milton Trebesch

Funeral service for Milton R. Trebesch, 87, of Clements, was held at 11 a.m. Saturday, April 18, at Zion Lutheran Church in Springfield with Pastor David G. Fretham officiating. Interment was in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Clements.

Mr. Trebesch died on Monday, April 13, 2015, at St. John Lutheran Home in Springfield.

He is survived by his brother, Emil, and wife Judy Trebesch of Sanborn. Milton was preceded in death by his wife, Cynthia; his parents; and two brothers Ronald (Beverly) and Marvin. 

Milton Rudolph Trebesch was born December 12, 1927, to Emil and Rhoda (Albertson) Trebesch on the family farm in Brown County, Minnesota. He attended country school District 51 in Brown County. He worked for Archer Daniels until being drafted in 1950. Milton was honorably discharged in 1952 and he then went to work for Bloedow Electric in 1952 until 1954 when he went to work for Redwood Electric Co-op where he worked as a lineman until his retirement in 1992. He was a member of the Clements Legion, VFW, and Zion Lutheran Church in Springfield.
