Patricia ‘Patti’ Jenniges, 54, of Highlands, Texas, formerly of Springfield and Morton, died November 11, 2016, at Baytown, Texas, Methodist Hospital.

A Service of Remembrance following visitation was held at the Sturm Funeral Home in Springfield at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 26, with Pastor Keith Haskell officiating. Interment was in St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Arlington.

Patricia ‘Patti’ Mary Jenniges was born June 8, 1962, in Redwood Falls, to Harold and Anella (Meyers) Wahldick. She graduated from Morton High School in 1980 and was united in marriage to Roger Jenniges on July 10, 1987.  Patti had a loving heart that loved and cared about all those she came in contact with. She loved life and enjoyed family get-togethers, especially Christmas. Patti also enjoyed crocheting, camping, spending time at the lakes, NASCAR, and watching the local area track races.

She is survived by husband Roger Jenniges of Highlands, Texas; children, Cari (Jordan) Quarnstrom of Dayton, Texas, and Roger (Skye) Jenniges of Echo; stepchildren, Kristy Jenniges (Sergio) Nieto, and Nicholas Jenniges; grandchildren, Hailey, JJ, Emily, Terrick, Dustin, and Addison; sister, Nancy Wahldick Billmeier (Roger Boettger) of Springfield; brothers, Michael and Mark Wahldick of Franklin; stepsister, Brenda Olson (friend Thea Morgan Peltier) of Minneapolis/St. Paul; and many special nieces and nephews that touched her heart. She was preceded in death by her parents; and stepmother, Oma Olson.
