Knowledge Bowl competes

Springfield High School competed in last Friday’s Knowledge Bowl Sub-Region meet held at Minnesota West in Worthington. Teams had to place in the top ten to move forward.
The Springfield Maroon team consisting of Brenna Pabst, Kiera Lafferty, Kierin Lafferty, Blaise Louwagie, and Rylee Nelson has advanced to the regional competition on Thursday, March 9, at SMSU in Marshall.
The Springfield Gold team consisting of Bryan Buerkle, Brayden Sturm, Lucas Hensch, Brady Anderson, and Triston Groebner also competed but did not advance to the regional event.
