SHS Ag Education program receives national award

The agricultural education program at Springfield High School is one of only six agricultural education programs nationwide that received the National Association of Agricultural Educators Outstanding Middle/Secondary Agricultural Education Program Award, given at the NAAE annual convention in New Orleans on November 18.

Springfield High School Ag Education Teacher T.J. Brown accepted the award at the convention. “It was an honor for our school to be recognized from all the departments across the nation,” he said.
