Summer Recreation Program offers sports, social and recreation opportunities

There are many sports, social and recreation opportunities and enriching programs available in the community for children through the Summer Recreation Program offered by Springfield Public Schools and Mayo Clinic Health System in Springfield.

Visit Springfield Public Schools website and under the “community” tab, click on “Summer Rec” for information form and pictures. To register, mark the activities on the registration form in the appropriate age group, total the amount due and send your signed registration form with payment to Springfield Elementary School Office in an enveloped marked “Summer Rec” by Monday, May 7. Make checks payable to Springfield Public School. (Checks will not be cashed until after May 31).

The number of participants registered by May 7 will determine if the activity will be held.  If your activity is cut, you will be notified and your payment returned.
