CMCS girls track team at state meet

The CMCS girls track team participated in the state track meet a Hamline University June 5-6.

Irene Anderson placed 7^th in the 100m hurdles (16.2) and 9^th in the 300m hurdles (47.95) advancing to the finals on Saturday.  Amy Davis placed 13^th in the 400m dash with a personal best time (1:00.94) but did not advance to the finals.  The 4x400m relay team of Amy Davis, Irene Anderson, Paige Richert and Vishe Raab placed 6^th in CMCS record time (4:04.16) and advanced to the finals.

At the Saturday finals, Irene Anderson placed 6^th in the 100m hurdles (15.98) and 8^th in the 300m hurdles (48.45).  The 4x400m relay team placed 5^th (4:06.17).  All the finalists received medals.
