Tiger Girls Basketball

The Springfield Tiger varsity girls basketball team lost their last regular season game against Tracy-Milroy-Balaton 46-67 last Tuesday evening.  The Tigers will host Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton in their first section playoff game on Tuesday, February 27.  Best of luck to Head Coach Dillon Schultz and the Tigers as they begin section play!

The Tigers hosted Tracy-Milroy-Balaton for their last game of their regular season last Tuesday evening.  The TMB Panthers defeated the Tigers 67-46.  The loss put the Tiger record at 10-16.

In team action, Sydney Hauger scored 13 points with 3 rebounds and 2 steals while Brandi Platz scored 8 points with 1 rebound, 2 assists and 1 steal.  Teammate Mikayla Parker scored 7 points with 3 rebounds and 1 steal while Katelyn Hauth scored 6 points with 5 rebounds, 1 assist and 1 steal.  Arynzi Rabb scored 3 points with 9 rebounds while Casandra Graff scored 3 points with 1 rebound, 3 assists and 3 steals.  Madison Neperman scored 2 points with 2 rebounds and 1 steal while teammates Anna Plotz and Cheyanne Hammerschmidt each scored 2 points with 1 rebound.  Samantha Richert added 4 rebounds and Taylor Augustin added 1 rebound on the night.
