Day #2 Competition at North Links.
The Springfield Tiger varsity golf team had three players in the Day #2 competition at the Section 2A Golf Tournament at North Links in Mankato last Monday, June 5. Braiden Davis, Easton Jensen and Mavri Winkelmann all played well in the tournament.
Sophomore Braiden Davis finished in 22nd place with a 90 on the day and 180 overall. Junior Easton Jensen finished in 29th place with a 102 and 193 overall and seventh grader Mavri Winkelmann finished in 16th place with a 116 and 242 overall.
Congratulations to Braiden, Easton and Mavri on fine section play and to the whole team and coaching staff on an exciting golf season!
