St. Raphael School Steeple Stops Prayer Walk

St. Raphael Catholic School students, staff, family and friends held their annual walk to benefit the school last Friday, October 3.  The walkers stopped by all the steeples or churches in Springfield and said a prayer for each parish.  The event theme was based on Isaiah 40:31: “Run and not be weary; Walk and not faint”.  The students got sponsorship pledges for the walk, with proceeds going to the school.  It was a hot afternoon, but everyone had a great time!
