Ribbon Cutting for Springfield’s 6 East Coffee & Smokehouse

Community, family members and employees, along with members of the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce, Springfield’s EDA  and Springfield’s Rotary, hosted a ribbon cutting for Springfield’s 6 East Coffee & Smokehouse last Tuesday, January 13. The ribbon cutting celebrated the restaurant, their new hours, new menu and new golf simulation room. 6 East is located in downtown Springfield. Their hours are Monday- Thursday 6:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m., Friday 6:30 a.m. -8:30 p.m., Saturday 8:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. and now serving breakfast and brunch on Sundays from 8:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. 6 East serves lunch from 11:00 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Monday through Friday and Supper is served on Fridays 5:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. Contact them at 507-723-3278 or check out 6eastsmokehouse.com.  6 East owner James Bigelow cuts the ribbon while his family, friends and others look on.
