St. John’s Circle of Care celebrating 125th anniversary Sunday

     St. John’s Circle of Care has been serving the Springfield area for the past 125 years.  It began as St. John’s Hospital back in 1901, a hospital and old folks’ home in 1916 and then a nursing home in 1958.  St. John’s is celebrating this milestone anniversary with a community celebration this coming Sunday, August 2 at the Springfield Area Community Center, including a free meal from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  Check out the details in the ad found on page 3.  All are invited to come and celebrate!
