It's winter, and we all have a new set of rules to live by. We must adjust our driving habits to winter weather conditions; we must adapt to home and yard care to deal with cold, snow and ice. With the change of seasons we must adjust to changes in garbage collection and recycling, compliance with ordinances regarding snow removal, use of snowmobiles and ATVs on city streets. The City of Springfield Newsletter for Winter 2016-2017 is printed on Page 8 in this newspaper. Read it, clip it and save it for future reference. Be an informed citizen.
