Karen Hoscheit

Karen Kay Hoscheit, 71, of Caledonia, died Wednesday, March 14, 2018, at Caledonia Care and Rehab. She was born July 9, 1946, in La Crosse, Wisc., to Walter and Irene (Nolte) Gardner. She was a graduate of Luther High School and LaCrosse Beauty School.  She married Robert Hoscheit on July 1, 1967, and together they farmed near Caledonia. 

Mrs. Hoscheit is the mother of Amy (Pat) Vogel of Springfield. She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Robert, of Caledonia; six daughters; 13 grandchildren; a great grandson; two sisters; other relatives and friends. 

Mass of Christian Burial was held at 11 a.m. Monday, March 19, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Caledonia, and interment was in Calvary Cemetery there.  McCormick Funeral Home, Caledonia, was in charge of funeral arrangements.
