Buerkle takes 2nd place in Marshall CC meet

The Springfield-Cedar Mountain cross country team ran in a meet at Marshall last Tuesday afternoon, September 10.

In girls varsity action, Lilly McCone finished in 14^th place at 21:46 followed by Marissa Pabst in 31^st place at 23:55.  Miranda Groebner finished in 33^rd place at 24:03 followed by Emmie McCone in 34^th place at 24:28.  Violet Hovland finished in 44^th place with a time of 25:30.

In boys varsity action, Mitchell Buerkle finished in 2^nd place at 17:03 followed by Ben Potter in 40^th place at 21:24.  Noah Vogel finished in 44^th place at 22:20 followed by Carter Hillesheim in 45^th place at 22:23,  Dakotah Lumbar finished in 49^th place at 22:48 followed by Nick Peterson in 53^rd place at 23:42.  James Coffland finished in 59^th place with a time of 26:36.
