Charlotte Patricia Packard, 71, of Bullhead City, Arizona, passed away November 21, 2023. She was born April 12, 1952 in Springfield, Minnesota to Alfred and Betty Voge. She attended elementary school in Springfield and graduated from Walnut Grove High School.
Char is survived by husband Mark Packard; son Brandon Shubert; granddaughter Lexi Pratka; stepsons William, John and Alex Packard; siblings Corinne, Connie, Sandra, Susan, Kim and Trent; and many nieces and nephews.
