Philip Weller

A Celebration of Life for Philip Richard Weller was held August 3, 2026 at Realife Cooperative of Phalen Village in St. Paul, Minnesota.  He was born April 7, 1949 in Lowville, New York to Richard and Helen Weller.  He attended Alfred University where he studied ceramic engineering, specializing in structural products, which would lead to his nearly fifty-year career in the brick industry.  He was the Ceramic Engineer and Plant Manager of Ochs Brick Company in Springfield for a number of years.  He was very active in the Methodist Church, Lions Club, Gideons and the American Ceramic Society.
