SHS Choir celebrates music in a rural community

The Springfield High School Concert Choir, directed by Mr. Bailey Cords, performed a concert last Thursday morning, February 12 at the South Dakota In-Service Music Educators Conference on the campus of South Dakota State University in Brookings in the Oscar Larson Performing Arts Center. 

The choir performed a blend of selections focused on the themes of dreams, strength, struggle and growth titled Rise Together in Song: Celebrating Music in A Rural Community.
