Springfield honors service members, remembers Floyd Rogotzke

Springfield Tiger Football and Springfield Public Schools took time during Friday night’s football game against the BOLD Warriors to recognize those who have served their country and community as part of the school’s Salute to Service Night.

Before the game, military veterans, active-duty service members, law enforcement officers and first responders in attendance were invited to stand and be recognized.

“Our community is grateful for your courage, your sacrifice, and the example you set,” the announcement stated.
