Tiger Volleyball - Lady Tigers win over Nicollet and Sleepy Eye
The Springfield volleyball team put together two strong wins on the court, defeating Nicollet 3–1 on Tuesday and sweeping Sleepy Eye 3–0 on Thursday.
Tiger Football starts off strong
The Tigers gave the homecoming crowd plenty to cheer about Friday night, cruising past Dawson-Boyd with a 34–7 win.
Both teams had success moving the ball, as Springfield had 357 yards of total offense while Dawson-Boyd had 335 yards. The main difference was that the Tigers found their way into the end zone, while many of the Blackjacks’ drives ended in 4th-down stops or turnovers or by the Springfield defense.
S-CM Cross Country Run in Tracy Meet
The Springfield/Cedar Mountain Cross Country team traveled to Windom for an invitational last Monday, September 15.
